I made a fractal zoomer as part of google's chrome experiments website that was released yesterday. It's written in javascript using the canvas object.

the thing is, if you just want simple routing, and are not going to use a lot of the sexy logic that @aq has assembled, it's a bit big, at 17,258 minified bytes, not including the jquery dependency.
OMG this is driving me crazy. At work, on my dual G5 this pops up every time I open a page practically. Somebody save me please? Any suggestions?
I tried turning off delicious support for favorites, thinking maybe it was a connection error. No luck. If this keeps up I may have to actually go back to firefox... :-(
and jquery uses sizzle, a fantastic embeddable CSS selector engine written by, you guess it, @jeresig. it smooths over the minefield that is browser incompatibilities, giving you a really rich selection engine that uses a lot of cool heuristics to speed up common search use cases.
Added a last.fm handler, which works quite well.
The content is a hard coded image link/test. Next step a proper info about the actual artist
a cross-browser, fully functional base64 encoder in 137 bytes. you pass it a string and the base64 character map, and it'll give you the same results that native `btoa` browser implementation will. this is an awesome piece of work, so make sure you check out the code.
Although #AngularJS is a self proclaimed superheroic JavaScript framework, you need a deeper insight and appraisal before adding it on your Web Development program. With so many demands of the web world it is difficult to find a javascript #framework which covers them all.
