This is our beautiful old girl, Jazzy. She had an aggressive cancer and was given a prognosis of 12 months. That was 4 years ago. She just turned 10, officially an elder pup now, and is extremely healthy, and slightly spoiled.
She loves our daily walks, and the post-walk treat even more.

Jasmine, jazmín, yasaman, ياسمين..., it means "a gift from the God".
It is the ancient smell of calm, the cool beauty of the night.
The jasmine flower only opens after dark, when the sun sets and the temperature drops.
The small white flowers look like the stars painted on the ceiling of the tombs of pharaons...

Autumn is and remains simply beautiful. The jasmine-blossomed nightshade is just as beautiful to look at as the autumn anemone. I love these flowers. However, these plants have extremely gauzy petals. They can hardly be tamed in the wind and looked like parchment paper.

Our two Jasmine bushes are in full bloom right now. The flowers are so pretty and their aroma is very sweet.
Anything looks so much better against a wonderful blue sky.

……Not much else about in the garden at this time of the year for Macro Monday’s theme of ‘Flowers’ other than this little sprig of this winter Jasmine! Pleased however to get another chance to use my tiny 1” tall phial I dug up. For the interested I’ve displayed the text using ‘Pages’ on my Mac screen and allowed natural window light to illuminate the flower. I contemplated doing a double exp’ but liked the muted text as is. Jasmine & Green Tea is my one of my fave teas - just having a brew right now! HMM, Alan:-).…….
