This picture is from very late in the building process. I thought it would look better with some tentacles, and therefore I created two small tentacles on the top of Kraken’s head. It looks a bit like rabbit ears :P :D

The Pirate's of the Caribbean ride has been a favorite of mine too since I was a kid. I can remember in '74 riding this at the age of 9 for the first time and being scared to death. I can remember that night having nightmares of skulls and pirates. It was scary, but it was also fun knowing it was make believe..I guess that started me enjoying scary movies. Though today at my wiser old age, I am past the slasher movie stage...now a scary movie is one that lasts 3 hours...when do you leave for a bathroom break?? Who can remember movies with intermissions raise your hand. :-)

Ranulf Dreary, father of Agnes, started life as a Tonner New York CIty Ballet Cavalier Sean doll. He is 16 inches tall.
He wears the outfit from Tonner's pirates of the Caribbean Jack Sparrow doll.
In my story, Ranulf is a werewolf and the Big Bad Wolf from the Red Riding Hood tale, RRH being his wife, Piroska. They fell in love and have two children, Agnes and Blythe, the baby. Blaidd, the Welsh word for wolf, is pronounced the same way as the name, Blythe.
Piroska has not been turned into a werewolf and her children will not turn until they hit puberty. Something that the eldest, Agnes, is not looking forward to.
Piroska was a Tonner Euphemia (Cinderella's Ugly Sister!) and has been wigged in a carrot shade. She wears the Elizabeth Swann Abandoned Bride gown, also by Tonner.
this cake has all of the birthday boy's favourite things. polo (hence the polo horse and field), cadillacs, captain jack sparrow (with the birthday boy's face) and of course his lovely girlfriend (who actually bought this cake for him). i decided to do jack sparrow without his overcoat as i thought i could put in more detail that way. the thing with the girl holding up one of her shoes was a special request from the client.
With guys like Jack Sparrow around, the very first 'sail-thru' McDonalds never really stood a chance.
