Jack and me went up to the lookout ages ago... This was on my first roll of film for school.
Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published July 13, 1976 with caption: Registers a hole-in-one. Dave Ben (centre) of 165 Myrtle Street, registered a hole-in-one during the Best Ball Tournament at the St. Thomas Public Golf Tournament Saturday afternoon. It was Mr. Ben's first ace coming on the seventh hole which is a 149-yard par three. He used a seven iron. He won an air-conditioned Chevrolet from A. J. Chev-Olds Cadillac Ltd. for a period of two weeks. Also in the picture are Jack Pullen (left) club pro and Ross Moore Chairman of the tournament.
Last year I made Jack o' Lanterns for the first time since I converted to Druidry about ten years ago. I like passing on traditions to my child, although this one is slightly imported and slightly altered. When I was her age we lived in the North of our country (Groningen). We would go around the houses with our lanterns carved out of beets, singing St. Marten's songs and get sweets and fruit for our songs.
The background of my viewfinder suddenly darkened when I was taking a picture of this reef scene. Too my delight, the jacks have arrived! =)
On Wednesday, February 24, the Chilean & American Chamber of Commerce in partnership with a group of international chambers of commerce held an exceptional networking reception (close to 200 guests) at the DuPont Country Club in Wilmington. In addition to speaking about the importance of international trade and commerce in the State of Delaware, special guest Governor Jack Markell stayed for more than an hour to chat one-on-one with those in attendance.
It was our third international chambers reception in Delaware and we look forward to continuing this tradition in the future based on the event’s overwhelming success. Thank you to our sponsors and everyone who was there!

In a perfect world, we'd come up with an awesome design and freehand carve that bad boy into the pumpkin using old dull steak knives. This is not a perfect world. We bought a kit. We traced a design onto the pumpkin. We connected the dots with sharp tools.

Hi Everyone,
My name is Jack Formally known as Basil; I just wanted to let
everyone know at the SPCA that I am loving my new home. I have kids
to play with and they take me for a little walk everyday. I have a
crate with a new bed and the best toys and rawhide bones, I don't
even have to share them, and when I am tired of playing I can go in
there and no one bothers me. Oh and they are teaching me the coolest
tricks, I now know I have to do my business outside, all I have to do
is whimper at the door and I am outside, I do the same to get back
in. Maybe I am the one who has them trained ha ha ha.
All the best
Jack
Mikel: Atormentandome?
Jack: Ligando.
Mikel: No seas cabrón!
Mikel: He aprendido la lección. Toma nota tú también!
Jack: No traer gente a casa
Mikel: Ni mencionarla
Jack: Nunca? Ni cuando...?
Mikel: TODAVÍA MENOS!
Jack: Y Jimmy?
Mikel: Que pasa con Jimmy?
Jack: Está llorando en el baño
Mikel: Joder...ya le pasará! No querrás consolarlo!
Jack: No llora por mí, sino por tí
Mikel: Y que quieres que haga?
Jack: Hacemos un...?
Mikel: QUE NO!!! Porque pasas de todo lo que digo?
Jack: Antes...
Jack: Ah?
Mikel: Me cabrea que se ponga tan...
Jack: Posesivo, pegajoso, celoso...?
Mikel: Te estás cachondeando?
Jack: Que ciego es el deseo
Mikel: Habla por tí
Jack: Te digo que lo he superado!
Mikel: Sí, seguro... todavía sueñas con él
Jack: Pero estoy contigo
Mikel: Que suerte tengo
