Jack lying in the grass outside out tent whilst camping in Lechlade. We get the feeling that he absolutely loved it, especially around dusk time where he went mad to go and have a sniff around. First time on one of those 'corkscrew' lead holder things and he was fine with that too.

Jack Snipe with Kingcups, (or Marsh Marigolds if you prefer). The connection between the subjects was during a visit to the Alvecote Nature Reserve, just near Tamworth. Some forty plus years ago the area was once a huge smoking colliery spoil heap. Not so today, over the years there has been a lot of trees planted, it now resembles a nature reserve and can be a productive spot for birding.

Jack Horner is well known for his theory that all Tyrannosaurids were pure scavengers. However, there are enough evidence to prove that Tyrannosaurids had the potential to hunt live prey. A good example is signs of healing in the tail section of an Edmontosaur bearing the bite marks of a T-Rex. So the prey was alive before and after the attack.
