Oh what fun it is to ride a one horse open sleigh!... staying with the Holiday Theme, here is another wide shot of It's a Small World Holiday. I can't wait to go back and ride this, it absolutely gets me in the Christmas Spirit!
"it's a small world" holiday looks pretty beautiful throughout the Christmas season, but there was no time during our trip when it looked more beautiful than during and after the rain.
As everyone else was running for cover when it started pouring, I pulled out my camera (thankfully it's weather sealed and I have a poncho for it!) and began playing! Much like a kid in the winter standing outside singing, "let it snow, let it snow, let it snow," I was outside shouting, "let it rain, let in rain, let it rain." I don't think my shoes have ever been more soaked than they were that night, but it was totally worth it!

During Christmas time at Disneyland, I can't get enough of the lights, especially all the lights covering It's a Small World. The music however is a different story, that song always gets in my head and drives me crazy, It's a small world after all...

At least all the children chained up in It's A Small World will have a reprieve from singing that song all day and night.
My favorite Small World shot from my most recent Disneyland Christmastime trip! It is so beautiful at night you could stand there and stare for hours! I literally stood in one spot for about 10 minutes waiting for the area in front of me to clear out so I could take this picture! I think it was worth it, though! :)

Last night was the official kick off for the Holiday season at the Disneyland resort! I'm excited to FINALLY see Disneyland at Christmas - this photo was taken after the fact (mid January '14). I've actually never spent the holidays at Disneyland, making this a "Disney first" for me!

One of the things I love about the Alice ride is the elevated view of Fantasyland when the ride vehicles go outside. It's especially beautiful during the holiday season with views of Small World lit up.
Christmas lights cover "it's a small world" holiday and make it one of the most spectacular sights in Disneyland at Christmas.
