It Burns - Instigate Inspiration Weekly Art Challenge
This is a second photo that I did after my other submission for Instigate Inspiration but I like a bit better, it's simpler. The one I did submit had a lot more smoke! LOL. I haven't smoked since I was in university long long ago.

Anakin Skywalker made the unfortunate error of eating too much #Tabasco Habanero Sauce; in his confusion he tipped the bottle onto himself... Luckily Darth Sidius was there to rescue him.

The Lost Cross House in Carbondale, Illinois has been having punk rock shows since October 1986. To celebrate this milestone four days of shows were put together with the last one happening on October 25, 2011 - the 25th anniversary of the first show to ever happen at Lost Cross. The shows consisted of mostly local Carbondale bands (many who got together again just for this show and also included the first residents of the house up to current residents of the house!) and some touring bands.
We got a group of people to come out and take some photos in front of the infamous house.
Thanks to everyone who showed up for the photos and any of the shows!

Sorry for lack of updates.
Parents and grandma were here this past week moving the sister in.
I didn't have time to do anything but eat and eat...and eat.
So. Fat.
The day we closed on our house I had a mean fever and
spent all evening trying to break it, rather than packing
or moving. I had bandanas soaked with cold water on
my head and made hot spicy food and drank Ukrainian
baba-prescribed tea. Then I took a bath with Dr. Singha's
mustard bath, which went by surprisingly fast. And went
to bed and sweated it out. :(
When I visited the DMZ, I bought this North Korean alcohol at a gift shop (strange place for a gift shop...) I don't know what kind of alcohol it is, not having a vast experience with the stuff, but let me say this: it BURNS. I've had it for more than a year now, and I've kind of been saving it, so that I could like, share it with people who would appreciate the "hahaha what" factor, but, in the end, I don't really have anyone to share it with.
