I cant choose I love them all ... but if I had to choose one from this lot it would have to be one of the superstar era swimsuits - maybe Pjs silver one or Miko's pink one or even golden dreams (love her to pieces) .. or maybe a modern one could win - like the blue n red 2 piece that Nikki has on -- see I cant choose just one
Three of my old girls with new(ish) bodies: Miko, Barbie and Christie (because it's very hard to find vintage clothes for a price I can pay here in Brazil).
Why does Mattel always change the dolls' color palette? It's practically impossible to find new bodies for the old girls... =/
I wish they could have articulated bodies.
Island Fun Miko (1987), in a tanned belly button body that I have no idea who it belonged to (almost a perfect match, can only see the difference on photos).
Barbie Sonho de Férias (1991), from Estrela, in a Generation Girls body (not a perfect match, it doesn't show, but the body is way less pink than the head, not even Raquelle's fashionista body was a match).
Hawaiian Fun Christie (1990) in a Happy Family Doctor belly button body (almost a perfect match, but the body has a little more red than the head).
♥ Recent addition - and even though she was new in a box .. I am totally disappointed with the condition of her hair - she has had several washes and lots of conditioner but it is still somewhat frizzy on the ends :(

used my point and shoot again , which comes handy for the beach . I just wanted to enjoy swimming and not worried about my precious 7D instead !

She is my childhood doll, my third Barbie. In Europe she was sold as "Tropical Barbie" not Island Fun. I bought her in Pewex store on Grojecka street, Warsaw in 1988. Her price was 6.30$. I totally love her face. I still think she is my most beautiful Island Fun Barbie. :)
