My fourth entry to the Iron Forge Round 1, depicting the classic board games of Battleship, Connect 4, and checkers. The seed part, the minifigure torso, was used 16 times: four times on Battleship, and twelve times on Connect 4.
I used torsos for each of the Connect 4 pieces in the board, similar to the way Dan Ko used the same torso pieces here.
Torso’d and tossed midst cold iron-gray seas,
A light up ahead brings sighs of relief.
Her body be small, her white-wash is worn,
But midst her beacon a champion is born!
This is my one entry to the 2nd Iron Forge. The first seed piece is the minifig torso, used 22 times here. I was heavily inspired by the movie The Lighthouse (if you haven't seen it, it's incredibly good and I highly recommend watching it).
Cheers!

My first entry for Space Jam, in the bounty hunter ship category.
Henjin Quilones III and his sister, Jenhin, escaped from the slums of Nar Shaddaa, along with their Twi'lek friend Veenac'ebla, and now run a bounty hunting organization in the outer rim, traveling the galaxy in their rusted old ship, Harvester II. They're good at what they do, though, thanks to their upbringing on the streets of Nar Shaddaa, and their force sensitivity. That helps.
The ship can hold two carbonite racks as well as plenty of blasters, with cockpit space for both siblings. The ramp goes up and down and there are light bricks inside the model to light the cargo bay.
It's inspired by the Razor Crest, certainly, but also that green bounty hunter ship from The Clone Wars, the one featured in set 7930. And I took apart my Slave I to build it, so it's got lots of bounty-hunting pedigree, I guess.
4th entry for round 2 of the Iron Forge 2025.
Seed parts were minifigure heads, I've used 5 here, 2 for the hay bales, 1 for the silo, 1 for the water tank and 1 for the tractor.

Second Round of Iron Forge.
Challenge: Use the parts 4522 (Tool Hammer/ Mallet) and part 4006 (Tool Spanner Wrench/ Screwdriver).
Need to check out the entries of the other participants. You also should do that. Maybe with this Bumblebee Drone?
Third entry: Bumblebee Drone
Is that pun grate, or is it too cheesy?
My second build for the second round of the Iron Forge, with the banana as the seed part. I used five here, three in the grater and two on the board.
My second build for the Iron Forge, where the minifigure torso is the seed part.
I thought it looked like a bird house, so here are a few. I can't take credit for the books for roofs, as I've seen it countless times in other builds by countless other folks, but it still looks great, in my opinion.
Was having trouble getting my hands on a new graphics card, what with all the global supply chain issues, so I decided to just build my own.
My sixth entry to the Iron Forge 2025! Here, I used two seed parts (mudguard that has only one wheel arch) to create the pockets.
I won't pretend to know a lot about pool, but I know the black ball should go in last, making that yellow ball a tricky shot.. hence the title!
I would have liked to build it out a bit more, but did not have enough of so many of the essential parts...
Alternate title: "I ran out of bright green".
An entry into the opening round of the first iteration of the Iron Forge! While messing around with some minifigure leg assemblies, I realized that when bent backward, six of the leg assemblies can be connected to form a perfect hexagon. From there it took me all of two seconds to decide on building a Catan board. Unfortunately I don't have nearly enough legs for a full board – what you see here is everything I've got in the appropriate colors (85 and a half leg assemblies – one of the tan ones is broken). Hence the fact that the shot only shows a third of the actual board. I'm quite satisfied with this one all in all though. It was fun to include both microscale and life-size items in a single build.
Back to the past. This is my first entry for the second round of the #ironForge. Unfortunately I was sick and the deadline is tomorrow, but I don't hold back. I thought the TAP was good for trying to build a velocipede. In fact, both the front and rear forks were made using that piece combined with others. So I thought of recreating a small scenography, so I set up a lamppost with four lamps and put everything in front of the wall of a building. At that point, I inserted a beautiful window complete with a grate, obviously leaning on the precious tribute of the TAP piece.
2nd entry for round 2 of the Iron Forge 2023.
This time I went microscale.
I've used 13 tooth plates: 1 for each of the five figures, 2 for the chairs on the right, 4 for the altar and 2 for the clouds on the left window.
I'm quite happy with the look of the windows with the strings and the ice cream cloud.

Grab your favorite camera (or T-shirt) and head to the beach with me for some scenic shooting! Built for the Iron Forge 2021, Round 1, featuring a minifigure torso as the seed part. Can you spot it?
My eighth and final entry for the second round of the Iron Forge 2025. The seed part, minifigure head, was used a total of 44 times.
This one was a doozy. Very pleased with how it came out but it was hard work and I maybe shouldn't have left this idea till last!
After a roughly 10 hour building gauntlet, I proudly present: The Iron Forge 2025 Accordion.
Second build for the first round of the 2022 Iron Forge. The seed part is the Antenna Small Base with Lever. I used it 71 times here. C&C always welcome, cya!
My fourth entry to the Iron Forge Round 2. The see part, the banana, is used three times as a wilting flower petal. (I also used five of the seed part from Round 1!)
Here's my second entry for the Iron Forge 2023.
The seed parts are swords.
In this build I used 11 swords.
4 at the facade of the temple, 4 as roof of the side left building, 2 as trees and 1 as path/bridge leading to the temple.
NFS/no instructions
A new Iron Forge contest was the best excuse for me to actually build a complete MOC for the first time in a year, and the seed parts for the first round (swords in the minifig weapons Bricklink category) gave me the perfect spaceship to build in microscale… one that’s flown by Spike Spiegel!
If your building skills are a little on the fritz, just roll them into the garage for a quick tune-up!
My first entry for round #2 of the Iron Forge using the Hammer and Wrench minifigure accessory. The Wrenches are use in the diagonal braces of the roof trusses, the mounting hook for the ladder on the wall and the handles for the lawn mower and snow blower. The hammers are used as the shelf brackets on the wall and as the kickstand on the motorcycle.
I've become addicted to really wide shots. Though I wish I had a better lens to get the true micro-wide shot this build was intended for.
This is my second entry for #ironforge this year. I really hope that you’ll like it. This build is about a hermit who has made a hideout among the old forge’s ruins.
Seed part: swords
Uses: 14
4th and last entry for round 2 of the Iron Forge. A quick extra build representing the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. In this build I used two different kinds of tooth plates, 4 in total.
Happy year of the rabbit everyone!
Here's the video tutorial:
I have always strongly preferred 3D painting to the bland 2D alternative, and am puzzled why not everyone does this. I feel as if there is far much more to discover, more depth, and, just, more everything. To demonstrate this strong addiction, I have made multiple paintings in an art gallery. The main, focused artwork is a large painting depicting a ship trapped in the clutches of a stormy sea, being guided by the over-looking light house. Surrounding this piece are multiple other painting, the first is a king posing majestically in front of his castle, a subtle still life and a miniature landscape.
This is my first entry to the 2021 Iron Forge , a competition that unites LEGO lovers, ran by Markus Rollbühler and Simon Liu. Every year they contest, named the Iron Forge, is held, to decide who the next Iron Builder is. They decide to have a 'seed' part that every entry has to include. This time around is the torso for a minifigure. In this model, I have used the seed part 7 times (2 times for the sail for the ship, the hull, the cliff work, once in the wave, the hills in the landscape, and, lastly, in the King's Castle).
Also featured on the Brothers' Brick, read the article here: www.brothers-brick.com/2021/01/09/picture-picture-on-the-...
Built for round 1 of the 2021 Iron Forge, where the seed part was a minifigure torso. I used one in each leg. This was inspired by one of Boston Dynamic's older Spot videos, where, among other things, they showed Spot slipping on a banana peel, which never ceases to amuse me.
Built for round 1 of the Iron Forge 2023, where the seed part was "any minifig sword".
It wasn't intentional, but I really like how the glossy bricks in the base naturally reflect the sunset in a hazy, mirage-like way.
Pun: The legendary King Arthur is here to pull the lever!
This is an entry to the lever/antenna piece that I used once in this entry.
