iPhone edit: iPhone 3GS camera, MonoPhix, CameraBag, DXP & Retro Camera as well as the frost texture photo I took of my frosted BBQ lid. FULL RES is this final result... For I used a different trick to then use the Retro Camera frame as a texture.
Taken with ProCamera on iPhone 5
Edited on an iPad 4 with ScratchCam textures overlaid using Photoshop Touch. Drawing by me.
Some people have asked me how I achieve these effects, such as above, on my iphone so I have created a website www.iphoneographycentral.com on which myself and many of the world's leading iphoneographers share our work flows via step-by-step tutorials. I used to post a lot more iPhone photos than I do now. In fact, that is what really got me into using Flickr. There used to be a large community of "iPhoneographers" here, but it seems like most of them have drifted away. Some have gone to Instagram, some perhaps lost interest.
In any event, here is a lonely tree I saw a few days ago as I was driving from the Dinosaur Point boat launch at San Luis Reservor. Since I was returning from the boat launch, where no one was, I knew there weren't any cars following me, so I just stopped on the road, positioned the setting sun right behind the tree, and made this photo with my phone. Then I processed it with Hipstamatic using Jane Robusta.
See I was on the verge of breaking down
Sometimes silence can seem so loud
There are miracles in life I must achieve
But first I know it starts inside of me
If I can see it, then I can be it
If I just believe it, there's nothing to it
I believe I can fly
I believe I can touch the sky
I think about it every night and day
Spread my wings and fly away
I believe I can soar
I see me running through that open door
I believe I can fly
I believe I can fly
I believe I can fly
Cause I believe in me...
