It's my birthday and there are flowers. I like flowers...I have nothing against flowers...even if I almost never take pictures of them. One more shot is below the fold - iPhone both of them.
Wage and Babo are always my "go to" guys for testing new applications or processing...or anything, really. They don't mind.
Two more are below the fold.

Lame. I know. Can't help myself. :-)
The original shot is in the comments section...still on the "lame side" though.

Managed to get a fence shot while in DC earlier this month. And I even have not one, but two fences here. So double HFF, everyone!

You can see the original iPhone shot and another - b&w - version in the comments, but here I run the original through three more iPhone applications, adding the sunburst for a little more drama. HSS, everyone!
This is from our last snow storm-I pass this place everyday on my way to work-might have snow when I get there tomorrow-not sure-day 5 of our rain....
Have a great Friday and even better weekend......
Re-edited this shipwreck image with some iPhone apps. Thank you for your appreciation, Gail. You can follow me on Instagram @gks1950.

I love Thanksgiving, but I am always glad when all the cooking and the cleaning is over. Also this time I came out of it with just one minor burn, which is a success. And - yay - there are three more free days ahead!
Time for the fence now. I took this one as I was running to the grocery store and back for the third time on Wednesday - iPhone shot at the gas station near by. Not much of a fence, but I liked all the yellow. HFF!

Created using the TwinkleCam iPhone app. My original photo was the center of a small ceramic dish that was a gift from a neighbor.

Only I am not going to tell you were it is. :-)
Taken with an iPhone 4. Now to see it on black and larger all you need to do is to click on the picture itself or on the magnifying glass in the upper right corner. Or just press L on your keyboard.
A picture of a building drawn on the wall of that very same building so you won't get confused if this is a building you are looking for.

I think I don't say that often enough! Yesterday Hipstamatic released new lens/film combination and, as you can see, it rocks. I know this is a very, very lazy shot...no excuses. But it still looks kind of cool! Did I mention I love iPhone?
The Menzies Centre, Hobart, Tasmania.
The Centre is a medical and research training facility in the city. The exterior of the building is intended to represent the contours and waterways of the surrounding nipaluna country.
I also shot this as a long exposure but thanks to slab grey skies, the test shot - with some actual cloud detail - ended up being better :-)
