This mill used to grind corn in the valley of Borrowdale and is mentioned in a will of 1727. The wheel itself probably dates back to about 1800.

I've been back from my canyons trip for more than a week and am sorting out the many photos that I took. Bryce Canyon made a strong impression. The photos in this post were taken at the beginning of the canyon, more dramatic scenes were yet to come.
