Don’t you just love how her eye color matches with the out of focus background? Shot with my new secondhand Nikkor 300mm F/4 in combination with the tc1.7 and the amazing Z6 (and the FTZ adapter). I just love this new piece of kit! It’s amazingly sharp and autofocus is point on! Even with the tele-converter. Happy shooting to all and have a nice day!
Sometimes, when it's bleak outside, ya gotta create your own magic.

The north end of Playa la Ropa has a few rock formations jutting out of the beach sand. This one is a favourite for its slimy bright green moss covered sides.
Herring Gulls are large, noisy gulls found throughout the year around our coasts and pretty much everywhere.

Photomator for upscaling, denoise, debanding, super resolution, fine image adjustments and exporting of final imagery
In Singapore, with a hot weather, any cafe with good and cooling aircon would entice me. They need to serve good ice mocha too. Ice blended preferred.
This imaged emerged from the following method:
.
1) Gather several images (textures, type, forms, colours etc ) with your Smartphone (I use an iPhone) .
.
2) Blend images of textures together with #SuperimposeX.
.
3) Dip in #Procreate (taking advantage of the wonderful brushes).
.
4) Whizz in #iColorama
.
5) Glaze, ice and decorate in Procreate (using finer brushes)
.
6) Optional Step: Bake in a filter or texture using an app like #Mextures, #Stackables or #DecoSketch.
.
7) Allow to cool. (Leave your image for at least 8 hours so you can see it with fresh eyes).
.
8) Weave imagination between steps 1-7
Voila!
I love creating collages taking inspiration from everyday life and imaginings, mostly combining the two. I create all of my work on an iOS device, shooting images with my iPhone and then editing them on my iPad Pro using an Apple Pencil.

Playa la Ropa has 6 public access routes. Previously this one was a crowded mess of ramshackle tiendas and it was horribly hot.
This year the local government removed everything and rebuilt this spiffy walkway with a row of uniform shops along the shady side for vendors to rent. The shops were almost ready for the grand opening day.

The apps used in this piece were Native Camera, Procreate, Mixerpiece and Over. I have been involved with making portraits for quite some time always starting with a photographic portrait. Here I decided to generate the entire image on my iPad. I used a combination of layering and drawing techniques and the camera to photograph textures and layers.

I once was hanging sheets outside when I heard a low droning. Peeking between sheets I saw a great black cloud detach from the oleander bushes, huge old things, and head my way. Ducking beneath white sheets was safe. They had their own road to go on. What a sound.

"It has been so long I am becoming a ghost to you". She said as she passed right through. From a dream I woke up and did this sketch last night.
