After seeing a gallery print today for sale looking very similar to one of my other photos at this location, I thought I should check if I had one similar in landscape orientation. After a quick look through my lightroom catalog, I found this one. A quick edit in CaptureNX2 and threw it up for the hell of it.

Wikipedia: The Toyota Land Cruiser is a series of four-wheel drive vehicles produced by the Japanese car maker Toyota Motor Corporation. Development of the first generation Land Cruiser began in 1951 as Toyota's version of a Jeep-like vehicle and production started in 1954. The Land Cruiser has been produced in convertible, hardtop, station wagon, and utility truck versions. The Land Cruiser's reliability and longevity has led to huge popularity, especially in Australia where it is the best-selling full-size, body-on-frame, four-wheel drive vehicle. Toyota also extensively tests the Land Cruiser in the Australian outback — considered to be one of the toughest operating environments in both temperature and terrain.
Mechanically, the FJ40 was given a new 125 hp, 3.9 liter F engine and the Land Cruiser finally received low-range gearing, but continued the three speed main gearbox. The Brazilian model was rebadged the Bandeirante and received a Mercedes-Benz built Diesel engine generating 78 hp.
The Toyota F series engine was a series of OHV inline-6 cylinder engines produced by Toyota between 1955-1992. They are known for their high amount of torque at low RPM, massive cast iron blocks and heads and also their high reliability. The F Engine had one of the longest production runs of any Toyota engine. The F engines all incorporate overhead valves actuated by pushrods from a gear driven camshaft in the lower portion of the engine. The engine was first introduced in the Land Cruiser, and in many countries, was the only engines offered in the Landcruiser until 1993. Although it's commonly badged as the Land Cruiser engine, it was used in a variety of other large truck applications as well, such as in fire trucks and the Toyota FQ15 trucks. It was also used in the Crown based Japanese Police Patrol Cars FH26 and FS20-FS50.

4WDonline: The Firefly is based on the series two (SII) 109" wheel-base Land-Rover. It has a 100 gallon water tank, which may not sound a great deal until you realise that 100 gallons of water weighs half a ton. Add the pump, special bodywork and rescue equipment and the total is getting close to the vehicle's maximum payload.
The internal tankage is only intended for dealing with spot-fires, damping down, or containing a fire until a larger fire tender can be called up. The water pump is driven from the gearbox power take off (PTO) unit and can empty the internal tank in a couple of minutes.
An electrically operated bell is fitted to the front bumper bar and a siren is mounted on the front wing. A light hose is carried on a rear-mounted reel. A ladder and larger diameter canvas hoses for drawing water from a dam or from a hydrant are mounted on an overhead rack.

Brought some yum-cha radio triggers today and thought I would try them out by taking some photos of my lenses I own.
Taken using my 105mm f/2.8 lens, 2x SB600 flashes at 45 degree angles from the front of the lens.

Wikipedia: The Toyota FJ40 is the model designation for a Toyota Land Cruiser 40 series made from 1960 until 1984. Most 40 series Land Cruisers were built
as two-door vehicles with slightly larger dimensions than a Jeep CJ.
The model was also available under the BJ40 / 41 / 42 ( short wheelbase ), BJ43 / 44 / 46 ( middle wheelbase ) or HJ45 / 47 ( long wheelbase ) designation where it had a Diesel engine.

A lot of blood, sweat & tears went into photographing this particular waterfall.
Located at the end of the Valley of Waters at Wentworth Falls, the water falls from a rock platform above (there is a track accessing the top of the falls) onto a rock bulb at the base, where the water cascades into the rock-filled pool at the bottom. The waterfall is on the Valley Of The Waters Creek, about 150m north of the junction with Jamison Creek. The falls are named after the 9 year old daughter of Frederick Moore, a member of the Wentworth Falls Trustees and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society in 1898. The Wentworth Falls Trustees were tasked with naming all the falls in the area at the time.
