Six more AT&T markets have access to its 4G LTE network, bringing its total to 182, the carrier said today.
Meanwhile, seven existing AT&T markets have snagged expanded LTE coverage. The company also unveiled plans to bring the super-fast wireless connection to 77 additional markets by the end of summer.
AT&T is racing to catch up to market leader Verizon Wireless, which offers LTE in nearly 500 markets and plans to wrap up its deployment by the middle of the year. With the increasing consumer awareness over 4G LTE and the need for a faster wireless connection, having the breadth of coverage has become a critical selling point for the carriers.
AT&T, meanwhile, argues it has the highest 4G LTE speeds and also touts its HSPA+ network, which it also calls 4G, as part of its broader high-speed coverage.
AT&T is still ahead both of Sprint Nextel, which has lagged in its LTE roll out, particularly in the big cities, and of T-Mobile, which has just begun to roll out its next-generation network.

iOS 6 Maps 剛推出的時候，筆者曾評價其強差人意！不過在經過多個月的更新後，採用高德數據的大陸地圖資訊漸漸豐富起來，雖然仍未有 3D 地圖等功能，但亦已足夠平常生活使用。而採用 TOMTOM 數據的香港地圖就沒有那麼好運，至今依然毫無用處，道路不完整、無大眾運輸線路等資訊。

Works best with AsusWRT Merlin firmware for Asus Routers.

I did not test it fully, but it´s very stable, and has a lot of control on what is appening on yout network, but Asus Routers are allways a safe buy, and apple routers do not work with my fiber optics net provider.
Apple needs to implement new protocols their routers…
For a good NAS server, Synology until now is one of the best I have worked.
This model DS3615xs is very fast with the optional 10gb Card.
This NAS Servers are good looking, and a fantastical buy for home and business users.
Once you go Synology, it’s hard to go back…

After adding a dac to my system, it’s impossible to go back, for some years I was trying to add one. Finely brought one.
iFi iRack completes the setup, iFi iDSD, transforms a not bad sound in Harman Kardon GLA-55 in an Audiophile computer heaven, I did not even believed that the GLA-55 could be so much better, but believe me, the iFi iDSD, iFi Dac, are something amazing.
You need a good hi resolution audio like the studio masters from linn, chesky or HD Tracks to listen real hi res sound in pure nirvana.
It can also listen to acc from iTunes with beter quality, but acc or mp3 show all limitations after listen studio masters, there is no going back.
iUSB takes the noise from the usb signal, interesting as this realy works, more precise sound.
iRak is only cosmetic for me, but beautifull.
Did not test any audiophile USB Cable, can´t confirm their effect on audio computer setup, and they are expensive for me to try them.

In the last several years, obesity has become a rampant epidemic in the United States. While there are doubtless many causes, it is my opinion that a wholesale change in our dietary practices - and I specifically do not mean to refer to increased portion sizes, consumption or intake - but rather to an ingredient which has become all too common in commercially prepared food... which, if we were honest with ourselves, is most of what we consume.
For example, the majority of Americans do NOT grow their own vegetables, raise their own groceries (meat, dairy, poultry, eggs, pork, etc.), nor do they eat homegrown, locally grown, or even "freshly prepared" vegetables, even if those vegetables were imported to the United States. Consider even pineapples, for example. Once, the exceeding majority of the world's supply of pineapples were grown in Hawaii. The highest quality pineapples are sold to Japanese markets, where they pay top price for the highest quality fruit. Not so in the United States, where American customers balk at high prices, even if it's associated with higher quality.
Historically, Hawaii was the world's largest pineapple producer and source for pineapples. Relatively recently, rapacious corporate profit seekers abandoned Hawaii for cheaper production (translate "labor" & "health & safety regulation"), and there remain only two fresh pineapple operations remaining in Hawaii: one on Maui, and another on Oahu. And that quandary is an entirely separate, yet related, problematic issue.
However, much of what we eat has been commercially processed in volume. And I mean in HUGE volumes! In America's factory food processors, a fairly common ingredient is corn and corn derivatives, which include most frequently "high fructose corn syrup." In fact, it's often the second ingredient in many foods, including: most nationally recognized & advertised brands of peanut butter, commercially known canned soups, . It's definitely the second ingredient in the exceedingly vast majority of soda pops. However, there are a few drinks-makers who still craft their beverages using cane sugar.
In much, if not most of the world, corn is considered animal feed. And that it is... animal feed.
For example, consider what is fed to livestock - I mean to refer specifically to cattle - when they're sent to a feedlot before sale.
And what is the purpose of sending cattle to a feedlot before sale? They're given food to fatten them up, allowed to feed almost continuously, and in a short period of time, gain significant amounts of weight.
Could it be Corn?
Why, yes... it is!
Why corn?
It's a cost effective way to fatten up cattle.
Consider two separate studies on the matter. One, a 2012 Cornell University study on Feedlot cattle diets which had as
A. Objective: Grow cattle as fast and efficiently as possible, and;
B. Use the most economical feeds.
And the other, a 2006 factsheet on Typical Beef Feedlot and Background Diets by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs which had as an objective a 3lb/day weight gain per animal.
Of note as well, there are at least two studies which show that High Fructose Corn Syrup has a different effect upon our body. One is a recently published (January 2, 2013) human study in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) on corn sweetener versus cane sugar found that satiety - that is, the sense of satisfaction, or of fulness, associated from eating - was significantly lower in corn sweeteners, thus requiring more intake to feel satisfied.
The other is research from 2010 by Princeton University, that found "When rats are drinking high-fructose corn syrup at levels well below those in soda pop, they're becoming obese... every single one, across the board. Even when rats are fed a high-fat diet, you don't see this; they don't all gain extra weight."
So it appears evident from the Princeton study that 1.) corn is obesity's culprit, and; 2.) fat is not as evil as was one thought.

Just wanted to buy a DAC for my Mac, ended with a little more than a dac.
First when iFi micro IDSD entered the system, was UAU!!!!, the biggest upgrade any computer needs to really listen to music.
Then why not, asked to try an iFi iUSB power supply, and the sound became a little more clean and focused.
Then asked to listen to iTube, at first as a pre amp receiving the sinal from my iFi iDSD dident liked, the sound was less dynamic and not very interesting, for a moment I did not liked the combination, then, tried the option of using it as a buffer of the iDSD, and I can not believe, another upgrade to the soundstage, think of a 3D image of a band in a stage that is bigger, more real and well defined, the wall in front of me disappeared.
This is gonna ruin my bank account.
I tried some audioquest cables, but when, like in the separate audiophile gear world of audio, it’s better stay in the brand then combining various brands, normally that does not result in a positive way.
Then the Gemini cable came, for the price was a global refinement of the sound, the texture of the instruments was more real, and why not the mercury, this one was a big problem for me, only 1 meter, when I needed 1,5 meters, had to make some changes in my system to use a one meter cable.
The iFi cables resulted in a synergy not easy to archive in a system.
iFi products are a big surprise for me, I have more pleasure listem to music now, then I was trying to archive audio nirvana some years ago, when brought a levinson 383 to work with my nautilus 805 and 804, with a linn unidisk 1.1, and kimber select 2021 and 3033, the sound was good, but not right.
I am not saying that the iFi products with the harman gla55 are superior to a levinson, and a b&w 804, but they present the music in a way that is more pleasant to me, and the combination of their products result in perfection, lot´s of detail, good dynamics, great presentation.
And the iRack, the quality of this iFi iRack is impressive, I love the iRack.
The only downside, is… After starting to hear high definition audio, when I listened to an ACC 256K was depressing, even aiff extracted from CD shows the limitation of 16bit 44.1, after entering in the 24 bit world and DSD, it’s amazing what we were not listening in the music.
Listen to Sound Liaison recordings, they are impressive.
And for listening real audio, you need to use a software like Bitperfect or Audirvana. Bitperfect is amazing for the price, Audirvana it’s a little better for now.
