i like this image because it was the first time i used photoshop invert, opacity, and black and white filter. the camera picked up the veins of the leaf which you can see very clearly due to the invert
Anne shows everyone how to double-flip a layer into a cooling rack. You want to invert cake layers once onto a small rack and then again onto a larger rack so they cool right-side up.
