New Jersey will try limited indoor dining later this week, just as I was getting used to eating out of doors.... but the weather is finally what we've been hoping for, so either way, it's good. This is a charming little coffee shop where we like to get iced lattes or grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches. Most of the employees struggle with autism and are so happy to have real jobs that they make just being in the shop a pleasure.

Happy Days 🌺
Just as I turned the corner, this darling little poochie was looking right at me while his owner was parked at a red light!
.. when the guys came to take down a tree in the front yard and to grind out the stump.... they were totally tired out after that from all the waving and watching...... but, they declared it a reeellly fun day.

Alfie enjoys himself in his basket by the window. Outside the rain is pouring down but he is nice and warm.
If you enlarge this image you'll see the raindrops and my Alfie sharper of course ;-)

I bought a pretty white Begonia and put it in the breezeway window. I took this photo from the outside. I think it looks lovely in the old copper pot.
When you’re having a little snooze in the back yard and you suddenly get the feeling you’re being watched.....

Wow, thank you so much for EXPLORE! March 17th 2022!
Beethoven is very happy! and me toooo
We wake to rain and so I know I will have to be creative in order to capture some light. I am watching my grandson at his house today while his parent's work. i am learning the good places to pick up light in their dark home as overcast days and rain are part of living in the PNW. I know morning is the best time and their front window works well. Instead of fighting the shadows on his face I embrace them. I use my 50mm lens because it allows me to get close enough that I could catch him, should he decided to take a dive off the couch. He is fascinated when I show him the photos on the back of my camera. Right now he is my favorite subject!
This pigeon is sitting in front of my window 5 high and wanted to go inside. He had lost his way. A funny face that bird in front of the window.
Happy weekend my friends!
And thank you so much for your friendship!
Hugs by Beethoven and me ♥
Thank you so much for the line-up!

I saw this window in Fredericton, from about a block away. We were headed in the other direction, so, I took a long distance shot, just because it looked so cool. Those two walls aren't really as close as they seem. I do love this blue.
Yeah, a reference to the Hollies song. www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQp1IDVZdCg
Oh, by the by, this may look like Willow Window, but, any resemblance to said Willow is purely genetic. You see, this is Walter Window, AKA Wally. Older brother of the Window twins. He is known for always taking advantage of the many chances that life has brought his way. This has led to some in the mainstream media referring to Wally as Mr. Opportunity, AKA Mr. Window of Opportunity. What can I say, I saw a door, and I went through it. lol
