One day I began my coffee journey (hand brew). Another day I brought it to the office. Now we have a strong community where almost everyone enjoys hand brewed specialty coffee. From time to time we can make refreshing Irish coffee... Like one captured here...

They smell lovely as well as looking delightful and cheer up my office so much, making Working from Home much better this wet Friday
17/365
Busy day only in the office and then directly on to dinner party. If I can make it back before midnight I will substitute this ridiculous cliché photo with a better 17/365 ;)
No strobe this time. No iPhone 6, No Bentley either anymore - what can I say - just more fun :)
More tomorrow
A Day 304 reject. I was cleaning out the memory card tonight and saw this and thought it might have potential for some editing. Not the best photo of me, but there is something about it that I like.

First in our new blog feature: Found Art.
Where we find art, in the office, and post it to the blog! :)
every three weeks, for about the past two years, i go get my braces tightened. lisa (the assistant) and i were both shocked when the doc said "4 weeks" for my next appointment. i just hope it doesn't mean he's prolonging my treatment!!!! as some of you know, i've had these things on forever!!! ok, not really forever, but about five years now. which, in braces-speak, means forever. ugh!
I did a photo shoot this morning for the Children's Ministry Director at my church. At the end of the shoot, he sat in his office with the two of his chidden that were with him for a quick casual portrait. His son was ready to play model, but his daughter wasn't so sure. I kept shooting and was hoping to catch 'the moment', but it was dad who changed everything with the promise of 'Coke in a bottle' for both of them! This frame was immediately after that promise. THAT, my Flickr friends… is pure anticipation! =)
Such expressive kids…
Well done, Nate.

My Mum's not getting this project at all.
gathering my things to leave the office...
i glanced out the window and saw that it was raining.
then the rainbow appeared.
we watched it spread across the sky...
and get brighter as it went.
then...
the second rainbow appeared (shown in the photo below).
hey! you can kind of see my new haircut here!
This is what I do when I have finished all my tasks and don't want to do nothing. Also I haven't posted in a while so I thought I'd better keep my hand in.
I've been working really hard on the next alicesque image- was doing one, ran into a bit of a inspiration block, so moved onto another for the meantime. However this one is fiddly and time-consuming, so please be patient with me, it might take a while.
:)
Today was a very busy day. I went for the second round of blood tests and then I dealt with preparations for my flight to Romania. But what do you think of this light? Isn’t it cool? This is how you know spring is coming. In the winter, even if it’s sunny, we’re not getting this light on the walls at sunset. It’s probably due to the angle of the sun light in winter versus summer, right?

Part of a little project I did to document all the employees that worked in the Boulder office before Ericsson closed it - moving the jobs to low cost countries. The layoffs were in three waves. This is after the first wave so I missed some folks. About one third of the folks opted to relocate with Ericsson to other sites. The remaining are staying in Boulder.
I took these photos with a cheap compact camera. The project stated out to just take photos of those I'd worked with. Then it grew to those I knew the names of to "heck, just take everybody's photo."
