This man has been in the game for over 20 years and is still going strong. His styles have evolved and each new direction he takes justifies why he is one of the best graffiti artists the UK has to offer. "Back in 87-88, we were living in Essex, so we’d come to London and it wasn’t a very nice place; people got robbed and that was just part of the whole graffiti thing at the time. On top of that, I’ve been stabbed and I’ve been to prison, all because of graffiti and 24 years later, I still continue to paint."

Ian Helliwell interviewed by Robert Worby at the 2016 Alternative Histories of Electronic Music conference - Science Museum, London
i went to an interview at gypsy bar ... if they don't pick me it wasn't for lack of looking scruffy!
Mr Alex Cicciu dropped me a line and asked me if i'd like to be a part of a project called Wallpaperâ„¢, where he's asking lots and lots of artists to collaborate, each submitting a digital piece which will be stitched together to make a MASSIVE 100ft piece of work when completed!
Obviously I was stoked so hastily said yeah as it sounds a rad idea. not only is that cool enough, Alex did an interview with me and featured on the site, and here it is!
You can check out the interview @ www.thespacejockeys.com/wallpaper/uncovered/jamfactory/
