This is part of the kitchen "splashback" panel behind my cooker. A repeating pattern featuring colourful spices HSSC! We chose this design because (a) it's colourful & cooking related and (b) it doesn't show any greasy splashes so rarely needs cleaning 😊

The Spanish domination in Sicily has left much of its traditions, in terms of food, words, architecture. No one like Spain has left so many Churches that today adorn, amaze and furnish our cities, also leaving all the drama of the statues that you find inside them.
It is the largest unfinished Catholic church in the world. Designed by architect Antoni Gaudà (1852–1926), his work on Sagrada FamÃlia is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Essentially none of the interior surfaces are flat; the ornamentation is comprehensive and rich, consisting in large part of abstract shapes which combine smooth curves and jagged points. Even detail-level work such as the iron railings for balconies and stairways are full of curvaceous elaboration.

Leipzig has a lot of interesting interior courts. These are the moments when I wish a had a wider angle on my camera. But the look upwards was still interesting and fascinating.
I enjoy the challenge of lighting different things, This is a comp I have shot before but the joy of LP means there are many different ways to light a scene. For this shot I used the back light scanner to light the interior and a panel light to light each of the five chambers. I used the 17mm tilt shift to take three shots to create a panorama and then stitched them together.
