It's 35 degrees celsius, officially; but where we are, there is white sand and snow-covered mountains to reflect the sun, and absolutely no wind or shade. We're camped right at riverside, though, and the water is so cold that it would probably be solid if it weren't rushing. I never did decide which extreme was more bearable.
