Intel® NUC

The underside of a computer processor or CPU as most commonly named not in its natural habitat unfortunately.
At some point a giant came along and removed this thing from its happy home and here I am today taking photos of it like a barbarian.
This still functions if you want to purchase it.

Last night I was out celebrating the Intel Centrino 2 launch at the Mezzanine in San Francisco. They introduced Intel Centrino in 2003 and yesterday marks their 5th anniversary introducing the world's highest performing dual-core mobile processor, Intel Core, that runs at 3.06 GHz. They are coming out with eight processors in the next 90 days for light and thin notebooks along with nearly 250 consumer and business notebook PC designs. Expect some powerful processors, graphics and increased battery life soon. With Intel Centrino 2 you will be able to choose between two power saving options with the click of a switch. This will allow you to watch Blue-ray high definition video with one battery charge.
They had a WiMAX smart car on display out front with a computer built in. It was pretty sweet! Later on this year Intel will ship the first WiMAX/WiFi combined module in the United States. We can expect more news in the next 90 days as the eight processors roll out.
Windows Home Servers were nowhere to be found in Microsoft's booth. But Intel had an area in a back corner where Windows Home Servers were relegated—disconnected—to a bottom shelf...where someone appears to have also stashed a bag.
