Intel has vented that it will launch a device to compete with Apple's iPhone in 2008. This new phone will provide all the features of the iPhone but will supposedly be more efficient with its battery usage.
My rock-solid old school Newton MessagePad piled on top of a spanking new MacBook Pro. The Front Row is there as a size comparison. It was supplied my one of the friendly, black-clad lads at the massive Apple booth. You should have seen the look on his face when I pulled out the Newton for a snap.

Intel introduced the 2nd generation Intel-powered classmate PC platform - an affordable, fully functional, rugged Internet-centric computer platform with different choices for manufacturers to tailor laptop models for a variety of education needs. These PCs have wireless capability, longer battery life, water resistant keyboards and are more shock resistant if dropped.
A motion graphics animation loop I created for Intel Corporation. All motion was done in Adobe After Effects CS4 with help from Trapcode Shine, Particular and Warp. I shot the silhouettes on the Red One camera against a green screen and used Key Light to key them out. The entire loop played for an audience of almost 5000 people at a conference in Las Vegas. It was encoded to a 1920x1080 Animation codec Quicktime movie that was 12GB and played back from a powerful RAID backstage.
