Intel quiere darle un nuevo impulso a sus legendarios procesadores Pentium, y ha comenzado a vender sus chips Pentium 350 para servidores de gama baja.

 

Estos procesadores dual-core disponen de una frecuencia de reloj de 1,2 GHz y 3 Mbytes de caché, y como sucede con otros chips para servidores, no disponen de una GPU integrada -algo que sí ofrecen los microprocesadores de la serie Sandy Bridge- ya que no es necesaria para este tipo de escenarios.

Jan Käberich aus Deutschland auf dem Weg zur Bühne. Er hat für seinen auf einem Ball balancierenden Roboter gleich zwei respektabel dotierte Preise eingeheimst. Zum einen den 2. Platz des Intel ISEF Grand Award 2011 in der Kategorie Electrical and Mechanical ENGINEERING ($1,500.00) und zum anderen den First Place-China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) Award ($3,000.00).
