In light of the recent Integrity poll regarding E59th I decided to get out one of my FR dolls to see what I thought. The suit fit Vanessa well.
Such a stunning face. One of my favorite of all my Integrity dolls. Just gorgeous. She is the embodiment of how gorgeous the Veronique 1.0 sculpt can be.
A fascinating photograph of the LNER's Sentinel/Cammell steam railcar No 2135 'Integrity' leaving Newcastle Central in August 1932.
2135 was built in 1927 and ran for twenty years before being withdrawn in 1947. It was the only example of a two cylinder gear driven Sentinel railcar and was initially built as an experiment but proved successful.
The LNER had a number of different railcars throughout their system - apparently they were more economical than certain classes of tank engines for local and suburban use.

School is soon drawing to a close, which means my time is both more chaotic and free, but that gave me time to photograph my OOAK Mood Changers Poppy today in a fashion by Sal. Here she reminds me a little of a modern-day interpretation of a 1960s Priscilla Presley with her raven hair and flashy jewelry/dress (when Elvis wanted her appropriately put together to be on his arm).

Basic Lilith, one of my favorite Integrity dolls from 2021. Still trying to decide if I "need" any of the upgrade dolls for 2022. Not a single one of them grabbed me and screamed "must have" this year. I like the Eden, but she reminds me a lot of basic Lilith. I like Poppy's coloring, but am not a fan of the hime bangs, so going to pass on her this year I think.

Did I think about Steve McCurry image when I shot this? Yes…
was I trying to emulate him? Yes… Have I come close? I’ll leave
that up to you… Steve McCurry’s “Afghan Girl" is completely
different… His girl did not cover her face… and she was shot on location…
Maybe the similarities are the feeling of the eyes…
It’s all about controlling the light for me… I wanted my model to
feel as though she was outdoors… with shadows being cast from
trees or a shadow from a doorway… I painted her eyes with light…
that's why they sparkle…
I have had this incredible lampshade dress, a gift from DollDiva, for quite some time but couldn't find the right model/photo to capture the dress's playfulnes or show my dolls' appreciation for this dear doll collector's generosity. Enter Janay with her playful energy and fall accessories to finally help the photo come together! I really, really hope we see another Janay/Industry line!
