VH-VFH Jetstar Airways A320-232 evening arrival into Brisbane from Adelaide, crosses the full moon low on the horizon which is still distorted and reddish orange from the atmospheric turbulence and dust.
I think in every glance to heaven we can feel that our origin is higher than the clouds, stars and all known and unknown planet. I believe with certainty that there is a great artist behind all that exists and that one day every eye will see and every knee will bow before Him.
The night was fast approaching at 8:30 as we drove for half an hour on bumpy isolated dirt road, mindful of those suicidal wallabies jumping out from the bush. (We nearly hit one!) Then the gates to the light house of this tall lighthouse on the hill top was locked.
But we persisted, parked our rental car at the gate, walked in through the side pedestrian gate and proceeded uphill regardless.

Nerdy fact:
Bruny Island lighthouse is one of the tallest and southernmost lighthouse in the Southern Hemisphere.
The spectacular sunset made it worthwhile to make the 15 minute quick climb from the gate up this hill. Panting and catching our breathe at the top.

Sunrise from the mountain on the boarder between Czech republic and Slovakia
This time we decided to wake up really early and walk to the top of the mountain that is on the boarder with country that we split with more than 20 years ago. As we still understand each other we like to travel to Slovakia. This morning was everyone asleep as the sun didn´t shine through the clouds. It felt like I was a little kid walt at the seaside of Barcelona. It was just a little colder and there was no actual sea so..
Everything was so calm and so quiet at the moment and suddenly the clouds from the left side got a bit higher and started to flow over the mountain. It felt like and timelapse video except this didn´t need to be played faster as the clouds were literally flowing. I took many shots that morning but this one was only one that I was satisfied with. I hope you like it!
