My Cervélo P-Series TT Bike.
Purchased in the base spec. Removed the mechanical shifters and the Shimano 105 RD, cassette and the non-group Shimano chainrings as well as the front derailleur.
Mounted a @sramroad force AXS wide RD with a 10-36 force cassette (the one I gleaned from it for my Drifter and the TCRNo8) in the rear and a @wolf_tooth_comp 1x chainring on the front (you can get those with tooth profile compatible for SRAM flattop chains and as 4-Bolt asymmetric versions for Shimano Cranks). So the conversion was absolutely painless w/o need to change the bottom bracket or crank nor the need to install any cables. Basically the only tool needed was an allan key.
Even the brakes could stay untouched for this conversion. Love the simplicity of the mechanical disc brakes. Heavier than hydraulic disc brakes, for sure. But really good braking and good quality of life with sufficient and user-adjustable pad-to-rotor gap.
Obviously the wheels you see also didn’t come with the base spec but are my @DTSwiss ERC 1400 Spline 47 I already own for several years. And - yes, not only the force 10-36 cassette but the whole rear wheel was on my Drifter for the just finished TCRNo8. I just switched the disc rotor and the tire.
