The world is going crazy. The real nature of a person is now coming out into the open and you realize that there is only hatred and discontent. Dissatisfaction because you no longer had the same freedom as two years ago. Dissatisfied with oneself. So unhappy about life that you have to project hate onto others. Agitation is practiced and it doesn't matter who it hits. Why not learn from history, what was written before us? Why don't we try to do better?
Are we too lazy?
Too stupid?
Too blind?
I am sooo exhausted, just my head.

I struggle, fight dark forces

I can't get no sleep
I used to worry, thought I was goin' mad in a hurry
Gettin' stress, makin' excess mess in darkness
No electricity, something's all over me, greasy
Insomnia please release me and let me dream of
Makin' mad love to my girl on the heath
Tearin' off tights with my teeth
But there's no release, no peace
I toss and turn without cease
Like a curse, open my eyes and rise like yeast
At least a couple of weeks
Since I last slept, kept takin' sleepers
But now I keep myself pepped
Deeper still, that night I write by candle light
I find insight, fundamental movement, uh
So when it's back this insomniac take an original tack
Keep the beast in my nature under ceaseless attack
I gets no sleep

What is it about 3 am?
I have suffered from insomnia for about the last 10 years. I know I am not alone and it is particularly common in women of a certain age but it sure feels lonely at the witching hour of 3 am when I wake up almost every night.
It is hard to control your thoughts when there is nothing else to do but think and the black dog is waiting for you every night.
I am prone to discuss all sorts of random things with the Sherpa after gently nudging him awake, only to find he has either fallen asleep during the conversation or has no recollection of the events by morning.
This was taken on our last day away. A storm was approaching and I dashed down to the end of the street to
where darkness engulfed the coast as the rains started.
Adding more drama with the processing it reminded me of how I feel at 3 am.
