Créée en 1996, DIE est une association qui œuvre pour l’insertion sociale et professionnelle des personnes en grandes difficultés. Un important déficit en 2013 l’amène à entreprendre la construction d’un modèle économique pérenne, avec l’aide de France Active du Pas-de-Calais (Pas-de-Calais Actif). Actuellement, l’association emploie une cinquantaine d’employés en insertion.
