There’s a quiet ache that lives in all of us - a longing not just to be seen, but to be known. It’s the ache of walking through the world with stories tucked behind our ribs, hoping someone might ask the kind of question that unlocks them. It’s the ache of laughter that almost covers the loneliness, of strength that hides the softness we wish someone would touch gently.

And then there’s the awe.

The awe of connection. Of finding someone who doesn’t flinch at our truth. Who hears the tremble in our voice and leans in, not away. It’s the awe of shared silence, of glances that say more than words, of feeling like we belong - not because we’re perfect, but because we’re real.

To be alive is to carry both: the ache of isolation and the awe of intimacy. We crave closeness not just for comfort, but because it reminds us we’re not alone in our wondering. That someone else is out there, navigating the same questions, feeling the same pull toward meaning.

Intimate connection isn’t just romance or friendship - it’s the sacred exchange of presence. It’s saying, I see you, and hearing, I’m still here. It’s the moment when the ache softens and the awe expands, and we realize that maybe, just maybe, we’re building something beautiful together.

beneath the humming lifeblood of munich central station, a tale of two desires unfolds. a lonesome traveler strides, his path divergent from the beckoning "festwiese" sign, where echoes of oktoberfest revelry call. it's a silent narrative of choices and reflections—literally. his mirrored self, a ghostly silhouette, appears to glance towards the festivities, a doppelgänger drawn to what might have been. in this transient corridor of life's crossroads, every footfall is a story, a singular journey against the tide, a personal odyssey within the city's heartbeat.

Happy Friday Everyone

The world doesn’t stop just because we need a break. But sometimes, slowing down is exactly what helps us move forward. Today’s light felt like a gentle reminder: beauty doesn’t scream. It whispers through the wind in the trees, dances over the ripples of a still morning lake, and hums quietly as golden rays stretch across the sky.

I believe the most powerful moments are the silent ones – when you catch your breath and realize it’s okay to pause, smile, and just be. This photo is one of those moments, and I hope it brings you a small dose of that calm today.

You can't calm the storm..so stop trying. What you can do is calm yourself. The storm will pass.

Just trust yourself, then you will know how to live.

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

There is only one journey. Going inside yourself.

Rainer Maria Rilke

Your outer journey may contain a million steps;

your inner journey only has one :

the step you are taking right now.

This one step takes you into Being

and the light of Being will shine through it.

Looking for no direction.

Just a way

to disappear gently.

Via d’uscita

No one knew what lay at the top.

The light felt like an invitation—or a trap.

Each step erased something.

Breath was short, the backpack full of absences.

No direction.

Only the ancient gesture of climbing.

As if somewhere, high above,

something still had to happen.

Non si sapeva cosa ci fosse in cima.

La luce sembrava un invito, o una trappola.

Ogni scalino cancellava qualcosa.

Il fiato era corto, lo zaino pieno di assenze.

Nessuna direzione.

Solo il gesto antico del salire.

Come se da qualche parte, molto in alto, qualcosa dovesse ancora accadere.

Sometimes,

we feel the pull

a quiet ache to speak

with ourselves.

We reach inward,

fingers trembling with wonder,

trying to slip our hands

into the folds of our own soul,

to touch something true,

to find the voice beneath the noise.

But guess what

it’s only an attempt,

a whisper against the storm.

To truly reach that place,

we must walk a path

not paved in ease,

but in questions.

Not straight,

but spiraled,

winding through shadows and soft light.

It is a journey

not loud, but vast.

Not always kind,

but sometimes zen.

Where silence becomes a guide,

and stillness,

a key

Edge of Time……..

In search for the living light

Promised to us

From the beginnings of time

We start our journey

Wandering past the ages

Through our many lives

Without ever reaching

The edge of time

Hearing the call

We have to turn around

And start our journey anew

Into our most inner realms

Wandering through

The many rooms

Encountering our past

Going through our fears

Some say we will have

Seven circles to pass

Finally finding ourselves

At the edge of time

Encountering the light

So intensely bright

There is nothing to see

But darkness allover

Patiently standing still

Opening our inner eyes

We will be prepared

To melt into one

With the ONE light

Having surpassed

The edge of time.

1939, a nameless man in a nameless city somewhere in Europe carries out his quiet, ordinary life. Once World War II is about to break, his hometown is no longer a safe place. Strange woodland landscapes slowly show up in his mind, till a point where dreams and reality merge into a reborn existence…

As part of the 'Momentum' series, this image offers a multi-dimensional view of observation. Through a window's reflection, it presents a woman's profile superimposed on a traditional Asian landscape, symbolizing the dual nature of our engagement with the world around us. It’s an exploration of the inner and outer journeys that define our personal momentum through life.

This long road:

neck arched as the heron's

to seek through moss on forest fingers

where silver throated owl makes song

and larvae of the spirit

work in silence to make a new world.

Oh, fertile darkness where misery sulks

a drunken shadow with no attachment

and moist earth trembles toward the light

that glows regardless of all suns.

All the while the heart full knowing

thumps its way to the pull of the polestar.
