1852年 10月 김팔득과 장붕금이 송참봉(宋參奉)宅奴婢 게복(介福)에게 자식 4名을 16兩에 賣買하며 作成한 文書이다. 김팔득이 重病을 앓아 生計가 어려워지자 자식들을 長女 미뿐이(美分叱伊), 次女 연분이(連分伊), 아들 노미(老未), 三女 삼분이(三分伊) 賣買하였다. 文書의 곹部分에는 장봉금이 本人임을 証明하는 손바닥 그림과 남편 김팔득, 証人과 文書를 作成한 정박생원(朴生員)宅奴婢 팔심금(八十金)의 署名이 있다.
1852年10月、キム・パルデュクとチャン・ブングムがソン・ソンボン宅の奴婢 介福に子4人を16両に売買して作成した文書だ。 キム・パルデュクが重病を患って生計が難しくなると、子どもたち長女美分叱伊、次女連分伊、息子の老未、三女三分伊)を売買した。 文書の上部には、チャン・ブングムが本人であることを明確にする手のひらの絵と夫のキム・パルデュク、証人と文書を作成したチョン朴生員宅の奴婢 八十金の署名がある。
Dieses Dokument wurde im Oktober 1852 von Kim Palduk und Jang Bungeum ausgestellt, die vier ihrer Kinder für 16 Yang 両 an Gebok 介福, Sklave im Haushalt des Song Seongbong 宋參奉, verkauften. Weil Kim Palduk schwer erkrankt war und sein Lebensunterhalt schwierig wurde, verkaufte er seine Kinder: die älteste Tochter Mibbuni 美分叱伊, die zweite Tochter Myeonbuni 連分伊, den Sohn Nomi 老未 und die dritte Tochter Sambuni 三分伊. Am Rand des Dokument befindet sich ein Abdruck ihrer Handfläche, aus dem hervorgeht, daß es sich um Jang Bunggeum persönlich handelte, sowie die Unterschriften ihres Ehemanns Kim Palduk und des Zeugen und Schreibers des Dokuments, des Sklaven Palshimgeum aus dem Haushalt von Bak Saengweon 朴生員.
This document was issued in October 1852 by Kim Palduk and Jang Bungeum, who sold four of their children for 16 yang 両 to Gebok 介福, slave in the household of Song Seongbong 宋參奉. Because Kim Palduk was seriously ill and his livelihood became difficult, he sold his children: eldest daughter Mibbuni 美分叱伊, second daughter Myeonbuni 連分伊, son Nomi 老未 and third daughter Sambuni 三分伊. In the margin of the document is an imprint of her palm, indicating that it was Jang Bunggeum personally, and the signatures of her husband Kim Palduk and the witness and scribe of the document, the slave Palshimgeum from the household of Bak Saengweon 朴生員.

I wanted to explore the endless possibilities of shapes and effects, using ink to map the flow and rippling movement of water. The ink swirling creates a nice dynamic, creating a timeline of movement in the water.
