Two more Christmas cards done. I'm on roll! This technique is my all-time favorite: masking and inkblending, water droplets and stamping on top of it.
It was a difficult but I choose the little ladybug from Antique Engravings. Masked it off and stamped three ferns with forever green. I die cut a circle and used it to mask a moon, while inkblending blue distress inks. Last I added some white spots for stars.
My entry into the Simon Says Stamp Flickr challenge 43 - ink blending.
I created the sky by blending Black Soot and Hickory Smoke Distress inks into a gray card base over clear heat embossed rain drops. Love the neat effect it created!

Created for the Lawnscaping Challenge and Jennifer Maguire's Share Handmade Kindness Challenge. I'm sending this ink blended cutie to a friend who lives in Florida.

I added fishing line to the astronaut so he hovers inside the shaker card. Background was ink blended with Distress Inks: Wilted Violet, Twisted Citron. Mermaid Lagoon, Abandoned Coral, Chipped Sapphire, and Black Soot.

One of the three cards I made as guest designer for Simon Says Stamp Flickr Challenge #89!
I used Seeing Stars Stamp set, heat embossed it and emboss rest inkblending over the top, using Distress Inks. The word ‘friend’ is cut out using a Winnie&Walter cutout.
