These aren't really modified much either, for Black Panther I just used a duplicate head and painted white eyes on it for when his eyes are covered, and Killmonger has different pants, which I decided to paint, also I put facial hair on him too, but obviously you can't see it because he has the mask on.
Another Avengers: Infinity War MOC. Ebony Maw tries to convince Dr. Strange to give up the Time Stone.

The helmet and face mask is from LEGO's Civil War Mark 3 War Machine with white painted onto the original red eyes.
The armor piece is from a knockoff Iron Man minifigure. It was heavily sanded then sculpted on the front and back.
All the digital camo is painted excluding the bottom half of the helmet, turrets, wings, elbow pads, and knee pads using Apple Barrel's Pavement gray color.
The turret mounted on his left shoulder is from Hasbro's Civil War 2.5 inch 2 pack War Machine. The rocket launcher on the right shoulder is sculpted.
The wings/grenade launchers on the back are made of rubber.
His gauntlets utilize rubber and sculpted pieces.

These are all figures and projects I need to finnish or am working on right now. figured I would post a picture of it all since I haven't completed anything new for a while.
-So the "big fig" is an attempt to make an improved version that I can cast and assemble easier.
-The red torso and arms are a start basic sculpt for an infinitywar iron man figure.
-Dr fate have been in the works for a while I just kinda lost imterest but I will try to get it done.
-Then comes the venom sculpt. I think he looked so cool in the trailer so I decided to start on a figure by making the head. Unfortunetly I won't be able to finnish it until they release more pictures of him :/.
-Young justice Impulse. Didn't finnish because I couldn't find a good hair and was not too keen on sculping a hair.
-With firestorm I just have to make the arms. The reason I don't do that right of is the sculöting nessecary.

Notes:
• Groot [MOD]: basically I felt (as many others have noted) that the big fig was too tall -- the design is great, much better than the official TLG one -- but too tall nonetheless.
• My solution was to do some major modifications / surgery -- giving him a measured height reduction (kind of like the reverse procedure by Vince Freeman from the movie Gattaca).
• I'm not sure how I feel about the final product -- it's definitely not my best work, but then, in my own defense, I don't think I will be using Sculpey again -- it's too hard to work with and the heating component adds too many variables.
• I'll likely be using a self hardening clay agent next time (perhaps ProCreate) -- so I may re-do Groot again.
• Starlord and Gamora's arms were swapped out for Rocket Raccon's SDCC variant arms.
It's my first time using clay, but I would love to hear people's thoughts? Like it? Hate it?
Do you think that the original Groot big fig wasn't that tall?

My upgrade of Lego's 76247 set (Hulkbuster Mark II)
With my modifications the minifigure can actually stand in the cockpit without any problems and you cannot see his hands. There are also no more gaps in the chest area.
Almost everything is reworked, so the figure is very pose able but sturdy.
