Another model I built to display my Stan Lee figure tribute. Unfortunately the photo isn't the best, and the model broke before I could take more, but some friends said I should still post. I chose to do a little theater setup because what I will always remember about Stan and Marvel are the films. I hope you enjoy this tribute build! It was a lot of fun to build.

Through the creations that I build, I hope to inspire other young (or perhaps older) LEGO builders to unleash their inner creativity. We all need a positive way to express ourselves, so let's allow LEGO to be an extension of us. Your creativity belongs to you, and nobody can take that away. Build what you want to build, and how you want to build it. Creativity Never Ends!
I do enjoy putting together a Lego model for Christmas. The Infinity gauntlet from the Avengers film kept me occupied for several hours. The final part of the construction involves putting the infinity stones onto the gauntlet. Not easy to photograph but the iPhone portrait function is very clever at producing a professional look portrait.

Recently read the infinity gauntlet story line, and it inspired me to make these guys

StarFox: not really sure why I made him, other then i had the idea for the combo.
Thanos: please apriciate the tiny detail on the infinity gauntlet. look at the tiny gems. it is beutiful and i am proud. as for thanos himself, i want to go back a redo the head, since it could be better, mainly the eyes. i might commission someone actually, now that i think about it. yo Zach, would you be up for that?
Adam Warlock: simple but i really like how he came out. really hope he shows up in gaurdians of the galaxy 2.
The Infinity Gauntlet (1991) Issue No. 1
First submission for OLS's contest.
Here is a copy of the original cover for reference.
A few notes:
1) I created my Infinity Gauntlet MOC for this contest, and I will be posting detailed pictures of it shortly (yes, it fits on the Thanos Big Fig :)
2) Abiding by the contest rules, there are no bootleg pieces or figs featured.
3) I took a few liberties in replacing some characters, because:
a) there are some relatively obscure characters on the cover (particularly for non-MARVEL fans -- such as: A'Lars/Mentor, Firelord, Eros, Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, Jake Miller, Ralph Bunker, Bambi Long, etc.)
b) i don't have MOCs for all of these figs!
c) i wanted to give a shout out to some of the more recognizable / popular teams / characters that were in the story but not featured on the original cover (e.g. X-Men, Namor, Fantastic Four, Daredevil, etc)
4) I must have taken literally dozens of photos to get this the way I wanted, in the end, I'm pretty pleased at how it turned out.

The Living Tribunal was not guided by any personal motivation or desires, but was entirely impartial, acting only in what was determined to be the greater interest of the universe. The Living Tribunal was a vastly powerful conceptual being, one who had existed since the multiverse came into exsistene. The Living Tribunal's only superior was the One-Above-All. The Tribunal manifests itself as a being with three faces, which represent the three sides of the Tribunal's personality. Its front face, through which it usually speaks, represents equity, the fully hooded face on its right side represents necessity, and the partially hooded face on its left represents just revenge. All three voices must agree in a case before the Tribunal can intervene.
This is both an homage to the Lady of the Lake from Arthurian legend and a tribute to the story that got me into comics... "The Infinity Gauntlet."
I was really happy with the paint job done by Melody Pekarek and I had my friend Ruby Rose Kelley take the picture.
Edit: This is now my first pic to get over 1000 views. Probably doesn't seem like a big deal but it is to me.

So, you thought there were only six Infinity Stones didn't you, well guess what, there are actually more (others that I don't think I'll be able to make for reasons, and I want to focus on this right now). I found out about this from Death Battle (Deadpool vs. Mask), and if you know about the stone and about me, and my favorite red mouthy mercenary that I might have just mentioned, you probably already knew why I had to make this. I basically painted the stone dark blue because, I think that's what color that is.
