The lady of grasslands emerges out of dense foliage. She poses a rather angry demeanor here, probably not liking the presence of a large number of people around her. We spotted her when she was peacefully cooling off on a smoldering summer afternoon in her favorite pool of water,eyes closed and most probably meditating.

She was disturbed when she decided to come out of the pool and take a nap in the thick bushes.The grim and anger on her face is evident, admit-tingly I was scared to see her in such mood.

#Somnath temple is #Hindus first #jyotirlinga to be worshipped. It's an ancient temple by the Arabian sea on #Gujarat coastal lines have history rooted back to 629 which is being known date but original date is still unknown. It was being destroyed multiple times by Muslim invaders and has to be rebuild. The current structure of the temple was completed in 1951 and is based on Chaulukya style of #HimduTemple.

One more interesting fact about this place is this is another triveni sangam means three rives comes and merge here in sea namely Kapila, Hiran and Saraswati. Also legends says that moon did lost its lustre to a curse and took a dip in Saraswati to get it back which lead the the name of the town Prabhas which means lustre.
