For this work I have been inspired by a 60s or 50s modeling photoshoot. I think it was a little porny for that age, but for now days standards it's preatty innocent, so... Here we are.
Enjoy. I meshed up about four different pictures of the model to have this pose, but I'm pretty proud of the result.

Fairy tales were not my escape from reality as a child; rather, they were my reality -- for mine was a world in which good and evil were not abstract concepts, and like fairy-tale heroines, no magic would save me unless I had the wit and heart and courage to use it widely. I certainly didn't believe that kissing frogs would lead me to a prince, or that eating a mysterious apple would poison me, or that with the magical "Bibbity-Bobbity-Boo" I would get a beautiful dress and a pumpkin carriage. I also don't believe that looking in a mirror and saying "Candyman, Candyman, Candyman" will make some awful serial killer come after me. However, for me fairy tales are more than true: not because they tell us that dragons exist, but because they tell us that dragons can be beaten.

Loosely Inspired by "The Nemesis of Fire" by Algernon Blackwood (1869- 1951). Blackwood was a prolific novelist, and short story writer famous for his brilliant stories on occult themes. "The Nemesis Of Fire" was published for the first time in 1908.
(Sorry, this picture technically give a huge spoiler of the story)
The men from the right to the left:
- Dr. John Silence, Physician of the Extraordinary, is the ginger guy with the violet three-pieces suite on the right: he is a physician with supernatural powers and knowledge that help people haunted by evil forces
- Colonel Wragge, a retired soldier with a taste for books, that inherited a large country mansion from his explorer and collector of antiques older brother, who is deceased in mysterious circumstances. He lives with his elderly invalid sister and they are persecuted by an evil spirit. In the novel he is described as a strong willing man. Colonel Wragge is the blonde men in tweed suite.
- Mr. Hubbard, Dr. John Silence's confidential secretary, is the men on the left. He is holding a gun and in the stories he is told to be an untaught and uneducated' clairvoyant, so his perception of psychic and paranormal events is more clear than a common person, but not as developed as Dr. Silence's one. Mr. Hubbard is the narrator of the story, like Dr. Watson do for Sherlock Holmes.
The women:
- Miss Wragge, the woman in the wheel chair. She is the older sister of Colonel Wragge and she is the lady of the mansion: she take care of the house, as she did for their deceased brother. In the story is not mention her first name. She is described as a very likable, smart and extroverted woman.
- Miss Wragge's maid and nurse, she didn't have a name or a relevant role.
