Just bought a cheep Samyang 8mm fisheye lens.

Looks fun, but not sure what I'll actually do with it. Bit of an impulse buy.

This photonic impulse is heading towards Metropolis 1. Origin unknown. The radiation frequencies suggest the presence of new elements as yet unanalysed.

Instant camera for film pack type 600 ; made in USA . Introduced in 1988 . Automatic fixed-focus camera with built-in flash . The camera is activated by pushing on the top of the flash , the lens cover disappears while the flash rises .

New chair! It willed me to buy it...I had no choice in the matter, I was completely powerless! I think the design is so clever...it manages to be simple and ornate at the same time. Love the contrast between the strong square frame and the fanciful curves. Also notice the tapered legs.

As I was on foot I carried it back home, but had to take it via the supermarket. This was not the best of ideas, completely impractical in fact . An elderly lady in front of me at the checkout noticed it, so I offered, half joking, if she would like a seat! I thought that if she didn't want to sit down it might at least raise a smile. But no, she looked at me as if I was some kind of sinister nutter who carries chairs about everywhere I go just so that I can offer it to old ladies. Oh dear. I sort of know how she felt though, as I myself was too self-conscious to sit in it, even though the queue was a long one!

When you're trapped at an airport for many hours due to flight delays people relief their frustrations in many ways. Some drink lots of beer. I did that. Some eat a lot. I did that. Some walk around aimlessly. I did that. Some shop stuff at the airport. I did that too!! lol!

You're looking at a top of the line earphones made by Sennheiser. This is a pure impulse buy!! The original price was $280 and I talk them into selling it for $240!! Still, what have I done!!! I must be crazy to spent sooooo much for a tiny headphones!!! But then I put it on, listen to Adele's Hometown Glory, and the madness around me totally disappeared!! The music quality out of these headphones is just amazing!! It's so true, you get what you pay for! I guess it's nothing wrong to treat myself once in awhile, right? hehehe!! :)

oh, yeah, I'm back home now. Yuppie!

Must view large on black!

“At the root of creativity is an impulse to understand, to make sense of random and often unrelated details. For me, photography provides an intersection of time, space, light, and emotional stance. One needs to be still enough, observant enough, and aware enough to recognize the life of the materials, to be able to ‘hear through the eyes’.” – Paul Caponigro

Solar Impulse 2, piloted by Bertrand Piccard, arrives over San Francisco on April 23, 2016 on its way towards circumnavigating the globe using only solar power.

Seen on the street near the spring Bellingham car show. Don't see these often!

I often wondered what these were like to drive, as they cut development cost by using the GM "T" platform (Chevette, Gemini).
