i am the worst housewife and organizer ever, so when I come home at night, I usually find my fridge empty -or as good as. Or it's filled with stuff that appears to be incompatible. But I like that, because the satisfaction of making a yummy and wholesome meal from scratch is great!
Tonight on the menu: Indian style mashed potatoes with endives, rosemary tofu and cornsalad. mmm. who said you need a book to cook from anyway?
A pair of track pants hanging off the support pole of a large sign. Looks like it might be accident; not sure how or why this would be an ideal place to hang your track pants, and yet here we are.
Next morning, the hotel staff didn't show up (probably due to the Oaxaca curfew). We went to a bakery for an improvised breakfast, which we ate at one of the hotel courtyards.
