yup, that's autumn in the desert...well, not only there, also in Tel Aviv. we arrived there by 11 in the morning and planned to stay until 6pm at least, but we gave up by 2pm. the water was too hot. the air stood still and my skin was burning from the sun and the salt. so we went back to Tel Aviv...by the time we arrived it was pouring rain, and lots of rainbows decorated the sky. it felt as if we were in a totaly different continent. it felt like a tropical island - it was hot and humid and raining. like in Thailand.
"Improvisation is the expression of the accumulated yearnings, dreams, and wisdom of the soul."
- Yehudi Menuhin
"The more you know, the more you can improvise. You do have to know what you are doing, but once you have the skills, you can make it up as you go along."
- Charles Reid

Ann and Joyce pose together in spontaneously created similar outfits: white satin tops, pink miniskirts, black pumps and metallic hats. Their outfits may have been improvised in just a brief moment but the girls look truly lovely and cute in them.
In Japan, it's considered bad luck to pee on a shrine, so sometimes you'll find them painted in places that people don't want public urination. This one was painted under a bridge in Nishinari, Osaka.
CP 528 has CP 7026 and NS 4274 for power as it slowly heads south through Lasalle on an overcast morning.
And I have added the sight seeing pavilion; a long narrow roofed walk way and a bridge across the pond.
It all went together well. To build the bridge on plates in stead of beams I had to improvise a bit again (the bridge is now one brick level lower).
Sometimes exploring new terrain requires some ingenuity and effort to keep moving forward. I had to collect an array of downed, semi-rotted wood to throw into this mess to create this makeshift crossing and keep moving forward.
