I have no memory of why some the grass in this small pond was so much brighter than the others and therefore is rendered in the photo as white and not yellow? I do like it though ... lends a bit of mystery to this impressionistic image IMHO.
An original background and texture experiment became an urban grunge setting when I added the "lost" traveler with red umbrella. A combination of iPad applications and Photoshop effects.
I was just having a little fun with my artistic license in this work. I spend most of my time working on my stuff, I hope you enjoy this interpretation of the Port Hadlock Harbor.
A quick pan on the tripod - I love the evocative atmostphere that these images sometimes have; capturing the light and just a suggestion of form seems to push the imagination to 'feel' what the scene was like...
