Another composition of my snowdrops pictures taken in the weekend.
Spring is near!
I love macro a lot. Please feel free to comment on my other macro shots.
I think spring is close by.
We have not snow in the mountain for Winter Olympic. But I have snowdrops blooming in my neighborhood. These are my favorite macro subject.
Please enjoy the spring!

Tequila Lapis Anejo - I was at home today due to non-stop coughing, and the bottle caught my eye. No, I didn't drink any. As everyone knows, it's a shot of rum with honey that's the cure for a bad cough!
:-P

I refuse to become discouraged by a lack of creativity when I've barely started this year. My only excuse right now is the winter blahs. BLAH!
To brighten things up, this is a beautiful handmade woven (yes, on a loom!!) scarf that I got for Christmas. It is incredibly soft and the weaving brings the yarn to life in a way a knitted scarf could never do.
The photo really doesn't do it justice, but it's almost 11.00 and I'm soooo tired, so maybe I'll do another photo later on where I'm wearing it.

Seriously, I'm into Day 11 of my Project 365 and I'm completely uninspired. The photo I wanted to use looked like poo when I loaded it up, and nothing around the house inspired me. Sigh!
Finally I grabbed one of these Christmas cards I got on a 90% sale at Carlton Cards. Twelve cards for just over $2.00 with these cute little felt mittens on the front. It's not the greatest photo, but it kind of cheers me up!
Oh and I noticed that these last 3 shots for the project were kind of monochromatic, so tomorrow I'll try to find something to juice things up.

Well this was supposed to be my POTD for Sunday, but I took it after midnight so technically it's my POTD for Monday, but the whole point of it is.....how much does it suck to have to work late on a Sunday night, when all you really want to do is crawl into bed and avoid all thoughts of returning to work on Monday.......BLECH!!!
August 10: One of the various "themes" I'm considering for this Project 365 is 64 colors--per the delightful group that I managed to miss the boat on when it got started at the beginning of the year. I did get a "silver" shot--much more silvery than this silver crayon (which is flanked by yellow-orange and yellow-green)--but I never really revved up, and I think my set has all of two photos in it. Yep, silver and magenta. Meanwhile, I seem to have 120 colors of crayons. That's a lot of colors. I might randomly pluck one out and carry it around with me until I spot a shot. One a week. Why not?
Anyway, I'm still considering whether I'm crazy to be doing another of these projects, especially given how hard it was to find something to shoot today, and I'm only on day 2, for crying out loud! But I figure I'm just out of practice. Right? It'll get easier. Right???

“"I don't see much sense in that," said Rabbit.
"No," said Pooh humbly, "there isn't. But there was going to be when I began it. It's just that something happened to it along the way."” ~ Winnie the Pooh
It's been exactly that kind of week.

Happy Perfect Purple Saturday to everyone!
This is floss from an unfinished cross-stitch project. If I can stop playing around on Flickr, maybe I will actually complete it!
HAPPY EASTER!
wanted to contrast the yellow daffodil with the blue of the sky. think it quite looks like a splash of yellow paint in a pond.
