We call our land the home of the brave and the land of the free

rightfully so today it be

the origins of our people are steeped in mystery

no history no say

we call out from our graves justice cannot lay

our peoples were herded like cattle and killed

so cowboys could roam and settlers live

our peoples were put on reservations to die

this is no lie where are their reparations

where is our sorrow for them.

while justice cries out black lives matter

let us not forget a people that we disgraced

let us not forget let us make haste

while black lives matter to make it justice for all.
