This is a crop from the painting by American painter, Patssi Valdez titled, Room on the Verg. I took the photo on 8/17/22 in the "Cheech" Art Museum, Riverside, California.
-The crop from the lower left corner, I think works as an image itself.

AND IT WAS REALLY FUN AND AWESOME AND I WISH I COULD GO AGAIN TODAY
OR TOMORROW OR SOMETHING.
I hate to say this (because I don't really like being nice about myself) But this kinda rocks!
Wasn't what I'd had planned today at all. I was planning something in these green plants (look like peas, taste like shit) but they were too fecking tall to do what I wanted. Then I spied these rocks. All I had with me was the red cloth.... The rest, well, you can judge for yourself.
so this week's shot is another not shot but edited, this time from stacy

This was shot with an old twin-lens reflex from Ricoh. I love this camera. It takes very sharp, crisp pictures.

Think about this, you are having a storm near your house, its very cloudy and rainy out, lightning is striking fairly close, as there is not much time between the flash of lightning and the noise of thunder. You see lightning out of the window and it is scary, but all you can see from there is what is under the clouds.
Sometimes the monster is larger than it appears
Right, everything sounds better in Dutch. 'The Lowry Footbridge' is such an uninspired name for a fine looking bridge.
Shinjuku. Tokyo, Japan.

One Lonely Morning. Tokyo, Japan.
this was taken during an early sunday morning trip on through the subway. i like how she's walking in the middle of the light strips; almost perfectly between the reflections on the floor - and i adore those paw prints on the floor.
i love my lomo.
In an alley in Lincoln Square, someone tagged the back of a mini-mall with the Chicago flag. I've meant to shoot it, but it's always seems like it's dark. This sunday I had my tripod and Nikon D80 and some sticky notes, so I added this to the "I like" series.

This is for Art 140. The assignment was to take photos in a location unknown to me. I went to Georgetown - an industrial area of Seattle. It took about 17 hours to get there, and I was the only civilian not on crack.
Edit: The unlit portion of the sign was frustrating and it seemed somewhat distracting. I've reuploaded the shot with the whole sign in lights (thank you, Alex) and I think it works a lot better.
