“Goldeneye” Just posting a couple of seascapes lately that didn’t make first cut since they were too similar to initial releases. This one is from 2013. I’ve an abundance of seascape in my portfolio and these days I’m very selective about the locations I shoot at. Rarely do I photograph seascapes without some sort of background, such as a distinctive rock stack or mountain because I feel that the eye needs that compositional end point for visual flow. However, there are a few coastal locations in the world with such intriguing foreground elements that the lack of a background proves not to be a problem.
