Cornish clotted cream, fresh scones and strawberry jam served with Earl Grey tea. This shot was an unbelievable nightmare to set up — from sorting out the composition and lighting to getting the table linen straight (and crease free)! Even the silverware needed much polishing. Terapia de paciencia, de lo cual no tengo mucho: coja la bici, llegue y busque cual es el mejor sitio, cuadre la cámara, cuadre la exposición, espere la luz adecuada del sol, espere a que no tenga carros, espere a que .... Espere incluso a ver cuando las aspas del molino están donde las pintaba cuando uno estaba en el colegio, corrige el balance de blancos, espere que prendan todas las luces, enfoque, juegue con la velocidad..... Y tenga!!!! Mucha espera, pero creo que valió la pena!. Aaaaaaaaaa bueno!!! Y espere a que sean las 10:30pm a que el sol este donde uno quiera....

Hi ha dies que surts a fer fotos i tornes sense ni treure la càmera de la bossa, però, en canvi, hi ha dies ( menys que els altres ) que surten fotos maques sense parar, i aquest va un d’aquells dies. Baixant del llac d’Engolasters volia parar per aquesta zona, ja que tenia al cap aquesta vista panoràmica que ja havia fet fa anys, però sense neu, aquest dia ho tenia tot per ser una bona foto, i tenia clar que volia aquest format panoràmic, per un costat la carretera fins al campanar amb el pic de Carroi darrere tapat i per l’altre les cases amb aquesta llum fantàstica que les il·lumina frontalment, el terra tot blanc generant poca distracció i el cel amb un ambient guapíssim.

Homemade coffee cupcakes and fresh brew coffee — someone won't be sleeping anytime soon! The combination of clear glass and polished chrome made for some lighting challenges — there's a lot going on off-stage to control the light, reflections and highlights. A polarising filter cut some of the unwanted reflections plus enhanced the colour tones in the wood and cakes. White reflectors are used to catch highlights in the glass and chrome and black card is strategically placed to control the incoming light.
