Like these birds, I was drawn to Canada thinking "It is greener on the other side of the fence. " While it is true in my case, the real treasure lies within our own backyard. Oftentimes we look for wealth on the other side of the fence when we can find it from within. Look not beyond what's in your heart.

Isn't it better to put pleasure in everything we do? I call it reframing of thought. Rather than saying "I need to lose weight" which becomes an obligation, isn't it more pleasurable to say "I want to lose weight so I'll go for a walk and bring my iPhone just in case." That's what I did this morning. Here's the outcome.
