This is a fake building that was built in a field in Shere, Surrey for the film "the HOLIDAY".

After the filming it was pulled down: It was made from wood and fibre-glass and not stone.

As well as some really appealing home automation we were also introduced to Melinda Messenger who attracted more attention than most of the embedded technology.

I must be losing touch because a friend had to explain to me that Melinda Janet Messenger (born 23 February 1971) is an English television presenter and former glamour model and Page 3 girl.
