The Great or Lebuinuskerk is a Gothic hall church on the Grote Kerkhof in Deventer. In the Middle Ages it was the main church of the city and one of the most important churches within the diocese of Utrecht. The Lebuinuskerk served as a cathedral during the short-lived existence of the Roman Catholic diocese of Deventer (1559-1591). The church is in the 'Top 100 of the National Monuments Care' from 1990. The church is owned by the Protestant Church, while the tower is owned by the municipality of Deventer.

The Milford Suspension Bridge is a historic pedestrian bridge spanning the Souhegan River between Bridge and Souhegan Streets in Milford, New Hampshire. Built in 1889, it is the only surviving work of the Berlin Iron Bridge Company in the state, and one of a small number of surviving 19th-century suspension bridges. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.

This is one of the more bizarre sites I have come across in New Hampshire. This memorial stands alone an a very old, mostly uninhabited dirt road south of Wilton NH. Captain Sam Greele died at this location when a tree fell on him in 1788.

Taken at the Chelmsford MA stone church. The walkway and roof have been maintained but the outer stone arches are from the original builders.

We saw quite a few of these small, colourful Dragonflies in Kefalonia. I'm not entirely sure of the id and don't think it's a Common Darter - could it is possibly be either a Scarlet Darter or maybe a Ruddy Darter - correct id would be welcome.
UPDATE - It looks like it is probably a Red-veined Darter (Sympetrum fonscolombii) thanks to Nick Brischuk for the id. This appears to have the same black and yellow legs and the blue patch on the bottom of the eyes.
I'm posting this because I want to see if any of my bird expert contacts can tell me what the white bird is. I've never seen one of these ever before and can't find anything that looks like it in my books or online.
Let me know if one of you knows what it is.
I was actually watching a bunch of robins down at my creek and the white bird flew in and landed.

Doesn’t it look like an identity parade? LOL, just try and pick out THE one…
Fuchsia flowers from the garden. Another variety, even more delicate, smaller and candy pink!
I don’t have a large garden now, most plants are in pots. Hence all the variations of all my favourites.
Fuchsia is a genus of flowering plants that consists mostly of shrubs or small trees.
The first, Fuchsia triphylla, was discovered on the Caribbean island of Hispaniola (present day Dominican Republic and Haiti) in 1703 by the French Minim monk and botanist, Charles Plumier.
He named the new genus after the renowned German botanist Leonhart Fuchs.
The vast majority of garden hybrids have descended from a few parent species.
Thanx for your time and comments, greatly appreciated, M, (*_*)

... but she liked me!
Don't know what flowers they are, but they looked lovely.
Anyone know what they are ... ?
Thank you to Helen Orozco for the ID.
Better viewed large and thank you for your favourites.
This landed on our patio this morning and sunbathed long enough for me to get this shot. At a guess, 20mm wingspan.
The Citroën ID is a simplified and cheapest version of the Citroën DS. It was the symbolical opposition of the "goddess" (DS = in French, phonetically "déesse", goddess) to the "idea" of it (ID, phonetically "idée", idea).
Quante gocce di rugiada intorno a me,
cerco il sole ma non c'è…
Dorme ancora la campagna, forse no,
è sveglia, mi guarda, non so.
sale adagio verso me.
Quanto verde tutto intorno a ancor piú in là,
fuggito…
intorno irrepetibili colori e silenzi
e foglie cadute e cadute
e nubi bige a rimpiettino
e il mio rabbrividire...
ia giacca stretta al petto...
un sapore di uva...
e dita attaccatticca...
e il giorno
come vai bello
come sempre possente:
Come sempre....
