I brought a home toast bakery machine and love to make bread for ourselves. This is a developed recipe learned from the web. Made by Taro. Very photo generic and tasty.

Mutter Paneer Recipe / Matar Paneer Recipe Restaurant Style with step by step pics. It is a yummy combo of matar/green peas and paneer/cottage cheese, cooked in an onion- tomato based gravy, seasoned with Indian spices. I used Homemade Paneer, Garam Masala Powder and Frozen peas, so the taste was very exotic and delicious. If you want a restaurant touch in the gravy, you can add fresh cream, milk instead of water and honey instead of sugar with little drops of lemon juice at last. For a Dhaba Style, increase the chilli powder and green chilli to make it spicier. Always it is an evergreen combo with Chapati, Phulka, Jeera Rice and even with Veg Pulao (Do click the highlighted words for the recipe link).

We really enjoy a dish called "Bean sauce mussel" in not that famous but very nice Philippines Asian Restaurant in Sharjah it's called iCook .. and we also enjoy some other good dishes there too.

I was sitting around down nothing, reading an already read short story by Edgar Allan Poe, when the idea to invent a weekend brunch recipe came upon me. Thus was born the dish POE, rather an acronym of Pancake Omelet Envelope.

Here is my recipe for making a traditional Bûche de Noël that resembles a true wooden log which the Celts burned during Christmas.

I was supposed to do a bunch of homework today, but I made this :P

I made Japanese Traditional Osechi (お節料理)yesterday for the New Year Days. From now, I go to sleep and we are going to eat them for dinner of Jan, 1st. (Of course I serve them on dishes beautifully!!)

The menu from Green Grotto Tea Room at Warden and Steeles, next to iCook. Couldn't find address, so I'd have to remember to get it next time. Reccommended. Nice chill atmosphere, less asian, more coffeehouse, (decor reminds me of the River Street Café in Owen sound, actually!), large drinks, cheap/reasonable prices, slightly different selection than most places. Games and magazines available as well.

Read more about this picture at Nilesh's Posterous Decided to try something new tonight for dinner and got some pakistani fish spices and cooked this Lahori Fish. Was pretty easy as it was pre-packacged Shaan Spices. Just had to make a batter out of the spices, marinate fish for one hour or so and then fry it. Came out very tasty and crispy. Love it ...
