Not sure if tacet means the same thing in Czech as it does in Italian, but I guess it makes a little sense for a device designed for breaking up chunks of ice so that the don't damage bridge structures.

A friend of mine watching birds in Ruissalo, Turku, Finland on 1st of April 2005. The spring has just started it's journey towards the full bloom of summer and we just can't wait for the masses of birds to fly back from the south...
